Father’s Day Lunch Shared Menu, $135 per person. Kids option available at $40pp (under 12 years)

To start:
– Spencer Gulf Prawn with heirloom tomato, burnt shallots and aromatic sauce
– Heirloom beetroot with ancient grains and goat’s feta

To follow:
– Pork roulade with apple cider jus and red cabbage
– 12 Hour beef brisket with red wine jus, ancient grains, heirloom carrots

With a side of:
– Roasted potatoes and garden salad

To finish:
A choice of
– Honey Panna Cotta: Milk crumb | Honey | Caramel
– Dark chocolate magnum
– Plum ice cream
