Kingsford The Barossa
Book Now

Kingsford The Barossa has a minimum of a two nights stay requirement that allows you to immerse yourself in the full experience. We are now open from Wednesday through to Sunday, including Sunday nights of long weekends.

Resistance is useless.

For wine lovers with form, Kingsford features two seductive wine cellars: the historic 1856 homestead cellar and the new wine tunnel with its six ‘Aladin’s’ Cave-like vaults. Together they house an outstanding collection of the best of Australian wine including a complete collection of Penfolds Grange. And you shouldn’t overlook one of the finest Champagne gatherings in the land. Both cellars are very different. However, both are integral to the Kingsford experience.

They can be dressed for private or shared dining.

They also play host to regular tastings and are occasionally conducted by guest winemakers. The ‘Barons of the Barossa’ – including Stephen Henschke, Robert Hill-Smith and others – are great mates of Kingsford.

And of course, they are open to be enjoyed by guests whenever they choose. Would you care to see the wine list?

Homestead Cellar

Homestead Cellar

The original 1856 slate-floored cellar is a charming and intimate space, and perhaps at its best when dressed with candles for a private dinner. It is accessed by two means: a flight of stairs from within the homestead; and a secret external entry that your host will be happy to reveal.
