Enjoy a decadent evening beginning with canapés and champagne in the Peppertree Bar, followed by a luxurious 4-course degustation menu paired with fine wines in the Wine Vault. Indulge in two entrées, a sumptuous main, and a delightful dessert, all perfectly complemented by 4 carefully selected wines.

From 9:30pm, the Lodge Bar will transform into a vibrant celebration space with a cheese grazing table, drinks on consumption, and live music from the Baker Boys Band to keep the party going until 12:30am. Finish the night with a countdown to midnight and ring in the new year with elegance and style.
